Mathieu Bischof is a Partner in the Geneva office. He supports our clients in the identification and selection of the best talents for executive positions. Mathieu is particularly active in the financial and public sectors as well as in the services industry. He also possesses more industrial areas of expertise such as manufacturing and production.
Mathieu has over 15 years’ experience in people development. Before joining Ganci Partners, he was responsible for recruitment at the HSBC Private Bank and was Head of Learning & Development at Credit Agricole Indosuez, both in Geneva. Entrepreneur at heart, he also founded a training center in the field of finance. Mathieu holds a degree in banking and adult education. He speaks fluent French and English.
