Happy Holidays and new Year 2026

by | Dec 19, 2025

Dear partners and friends,

On behalf of all my colleagues and associates at Chaberton Partners, Ganci Partners and Novelia, please accept our warmest wishes for a joyful holiday season and precious moments shared with your loved ones.

At this time of year, I would like to express my sincere thanks for your trust and support throughout 2025. We have really enjoyed connecting with you, particularly through our “executive dinners” for the community of CEOs, board members and CHROs, as well as via our bi-monthly articles, always designed to be authentic and candid. Inspired by our research, assessment and executive development work, this content aims to encourage constructive thinking and respectful dialogue.

We have greatly valued the opportunity to support you in your executive and board assessment processes. Despite a challenging global economic environment, your trust has enabled us to significantly increase the number of searches conducted in 2025 and, in turn, to expand our teams across our three offices in Geneva, Lausanne and Bern, enabling us to continue delivering the highest possible standard of service.

With Chaberton Partners, we are strengthening our position among the top three executive recruitment firms in Switzerland and reinforcing our role as a leading player in Europe, supported by our network of 13 offices across five countries.
We remain a fully Swiss, consultant-owned firm, working exclusively in the interests of our clients and candidates. Our absolute priority is the long-term satisfaction of our clients and candidates, alongside the reputation of our firm.

We look forward to continuing our dialogue in 2026 and further developing our collaborations, in Switzerland and across our offices in Germany, France, Italy and Austria.

Wishing you health, happiness, continued success and peace of mind in 2026.

Kind regards,

Vincenzo Ganci

In the seemingly subdued world of business, there is a phrase that is heard time and again like a sacred mantra: “Look to the future”. Outwardly inspiring, it cloaks the person saying it in an almost mystical entrepreneurial aura, as though they are reshaping things...
