Warsa Melles

Warsa joined Ganci Partners as an Executive Search Recruiter. Her role includes collaborating with consultants in the delivery of recruitment mandates in different activity sectors. She has acquired professional experience in different domains such as academia, communications and diplomacy. She has worked across several countries including Switzerland, the U.K., Germany, and the U.S.

Having grown up bilingual, Warsa is fluent in French and Tigrinya as well as in English and Italian. She also has proficiency in German and Spanish. After obtaining a Master in Arts from the University of Lausanne, Warsa completed a Ph.D. in Linguistics at the University of Dortmund.
