Patrick Buchs

Patrick brings his expertise in the fields of public administration, insurance, health and non-profit organisations (NPO). He is responsible for the search for executives and board members and also offers coaching and mentoring for them.
Patrick has 5 years of experience in executive search in Switzerland and Europe. Prior to joining Ganci Partners, he headed the Bern office of one of the leading international executive search firms. Prior to that, he spent 20 years in senior positions in the fields of personal and organisational development, strategic management and high performance management in major sports organisations. A former elite athlete, he participated in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games as a coach and leader.
Fluent in German, French and English, Patrick holds an Executive MBA in General Management, a coaching diploma (ICF) and a diploma in Sports Management.
