Melanie Tschugmall

Melanie is based in our Zurich office and works with clients across Switzerland as consultant. She has extensive experience in the retail and technology sectors. She has worked in the latter area for the last few years.

Prior to joining Ganci Partners, she worked in a range of service companies in various positions and gained in-depth knowledge in sales, business development and consulting as well as leadership and built up a corresponding network. Most recently, she worked for a global technology company in an internal strategic consulting department, where she was responsible for transformative projects. Regardless of the roles, her focus has always been on client centricity and strategic business development.

Melanie grew up in Switzerland and is fluent in German and English. She has a background in business and has completed several further education degrees in this field, most recently an Executive MBA with a focus on Corporate Strategy. Her passion is diversity and equity, which is why she co-founded an NPO for the empowerment of women in Botswana.
