Marc Thadani joined Ganci Partners as Executive Search Consultant in 2022. With focus on financial services, he offers his expertise and insights in the context of strategic recruitment in this sector. He is based at the firm’s Geneva office.
Marc spent a decade in private banking and most recently, as a relationship manager at a major international corporation.
After obtaining a degree in Industrial-Organisational Psychology from the University of Neuchâtel, Marc graduated with an MSc in Management from Cass Business School, London. He is fluent in French, English and Finnish, in addition to which he also knows German and Spanish.
