Loïc von Kaenel

Loïc von Kaenel is a Partner at Ganci Partners and brings his expertise in the fields of construction, industry and healthcare. He is responsible for executive searches and also manages board-related mandates.

Loïc started his career in recruitment in a large Swiss agency specialising in middle management positions. There he held several management positions in the French- and German-speaking parts of the country. In order to gain international experience, Loïc joined a recruitment firm in Montreal, where he launched the construction, mining and oil/gas divisions. Loïc joined Ganci Partners in 2014 to support the development of the firm in Switzerland. He holds a Master’s degree in Work and Organization Psychology from the University of Neuchâtel, Loïc grew up in Switzerland and is fluent in French, German and English.
