Lea Gianola

Lea joined Ganci Partners as an Executive Search Recruiter. Based in Lausanne, she supports our consultants on recruitment mandates in a variety of sectors.

Lea graduated with a Bachelor in Political Science at the University of Lausanne followed by a master’s degree in Human Resources & Organization at Bologna Business School.

She has started her career in recruitment as part of a major international firm in Luxembourg.

Lea is fluent in French, English and Italian.
