Karlheinz Weiss is a Senior Executive Search Recruiter at Ganci Partners. He has a long and extensive experience in Executive Search in the Financial Services sector. Prior to joining Ganci Partners, Karlheinz worked for a major Swiss bank as well as leading national and international executive search firms. There he managed search mandates on senior and executive level.
Karlheinz holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the Nürtingen-Geislingen University and a Master and Doctorate in Economics from the University of Birmingham. He also has an apprenticeship as a banker. He is fluent in German and English.
