Giorgia Marschall is a Partner in the Lausanne office. She is active in the search and selection of talent for executive positions in Switzerland and abroad. Our clients benefit mainly from her expertise in the healthcare and services sectors. Giorgia also advises agile and innovative start-ups/scale-ups in their strategic recruitment.
Prior to joining Ganci Partners, Giorgia built her experience at a leading recruitment company, where she held several positions, including Director of French-speaking Switzerland. In this role, she led several strategic projects, such as the launch of the interim division at Swiss level. She holds a degree in Business Economics from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Change Management from the Executive Education HEC Lausanne. She is fluent in French, English, German and Italian.
