Alejandro is a Consultant based in our Lausanne office, serving his clients across Switzerland. He enjoys a significant experience serving financial services and not for profit clients.
Prior to joining Ganci Partners Alejandro worked for both boutique and leading international executive search firms, such as Egon Zehnder, Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles, covering local and international clients. In his last role, Alejandro was CEO of a Swiss recruitment boutique, driving its growth and diversification of recruitment activities across multiple practices and geographies.
A dual national of Switzerland and Argentina, Alejandro brings over 15 years of executive search and assessment experience in Switzerland and abroad.
