L\u2019un est arm\u00e9, l\u2019autre creuse. Le monde y est r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re brutale, presque caricaturale, en deux cat\u00e9gories tr\u00e8s simples : ceux qui ont le pouvoir et ceux qui n\u2019ont d\u2019autre choix que d\u2019ob\u00e9ir.<br\/>En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ceux qui ont le choix\u2026 et ceux qui ne l\u2019ont pas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, la vie nous assigne le plus souvent \u00e0 l\u2019une ou l\u2019autre de ces cat\u00e9gories. Et s\u2019extraire de sa condition est souvent difficile, et parfois tout simplement impossible, selon son histoire personnelle, ses origines familiales, sociales ou encore g\u00e9ographiques.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dans le film, les deux protagonistes partagent pourtant un contexte similaire. Rien, au d\u00e9part, ne les pr\u00e9destinait \u00e0 se retrouver d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 ou de l\u2019autre. Mais un \u00e9l\u00e9ment vient faire basculer l\u2019\u00e9quilibre : un Colt charg\u00e9 dans la main de Blondin. \u00c0 partir de l\u00e0, l\u2019ordre des choses est clair.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Ce Colt m\u00e9rite qu\u2019on s\u2019y attarde. Qu\u2019il soit physique ou symbolique, il incarne le pouvoir. Le pouvoir de d\u00e9cider, d\u2019imposer, de contraindre. Bien utilis\u00e9, il structure. Mal utilis\u00e9, il \u00e9crase. Et c\u2019est ainsi que notre monde se segmente, se hi\u00e9rarchise.<br\/>Les formes de pouvoir sont multiples : hi\u00e9rarchique, parental, politique, \u00e9conomique\u2026 la liste est longue.<\/p>\n\n<p>L\u2019entreprise se situe pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment au croisement de ces pouvoirs. Un v\u00e9ritable diagramme de Venn o\u00f9 il faut apprendre \u00e0 naviguer, avec des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques, parfois m\u00eame un certain talent.<\/p>\n\n<p>Alors, pr\u00e9f\u00e9reriez-vous travailler pour Blondin, Tuco ou Sentenza ?<\/p>\n\n<p>La vraie question n\u2019est peut-\u00eatre pas celle de la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, mais celle de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 collaborer avec un Bon, une Brute ou un Truand.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le Colt manag\u00e9rial, lui, fait des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts. Il est souvent brandi par des managers apeur\u00e9s, peu confiants en eux-m\u00eames ou en leurs capacit\u00e9s. Plus rarement \u2014 mais cela existe \u2014 par des leaders anim\u00e9s de mauvaises intentions. A l\u2019inverse, quel Colt brandissez-vous\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n<p>Ces lignes ne cherchent pas \u00e0 encourager le choix des armes pour \u00e9viter de subir le pouvoir.
